The Hideout at Mharsanta

Join us in The Hideout, Mharsanta’s private dining space, for an intimate Taste of Scotland experience.

Immerse yourself in a gastronomic journey celebrating Scotland’s finest local produce, paired with storytelling and stunning visuals that bring the country’s rich culinary heritage to life.

This is a new experience which will showcase some of Scotland’s finest food and drink.

The evening sees a tasting menu created to showcase Scotland’s finest produce accompanied by tasting sessions including The Glenlivet, Caorunn Gin, Innis & Gunn, Johnnie Walker & Talisker.

Guests will be surrounded by digital screens of Scotland’s great scenery with master distillers, brewers and chefs talking through the products they have before them.

New for 2025, experience our award-winning Taste of Scotland dining event in the grandeur of Culzean Castle’s State Dining Room.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of this iconic clifftop castle, guests will enjoy exclusive use of the venue, a traditional piper’s welcome, a private castle tour, and an unforgettable immersive dining experience.
