Gary Maclean’s pop-up evening at Mharsanta

Scotland’s National Chef Gary Maclean teamed up with Glasgow restaurant Mharsanta to put on a special evening celebrating Scottish food and drink.

 

‘Celebration of Scotland’ saw the former MasterChef winner put on an exclusive menu which champions Scotland’s rich larder of homegrown ingredients.

Gary’s menu includes some adaptations on some of his MasterChef favourites including a starter of Ballantine of Scottish rabbit with tarragon mousse, cured ham, carrot, and apricot puree.
